Consolidated Meat Group is investing heavily in the latest web-enabled information systems to facilitate trading between CMG and its trading partners. A supply-chain management approach has been adopted so that CMG works with all members of the supply-chain to improve customer satisfaction and eliminate wasteful activities. We are also actively working with the Australian Federal Government and shipping agencies to facilitate export by playing a leading role in moving toward electronic trading for export documents.

We have placed a high priority on customer satisfaction with the most advanced production planning systems in Australia. This is to ensure that our customers' products are shipped in full on time. Full visibility and traceability of customer orders are key objectives for CMG's supply management team. Another is making it easy for customers to deal with us.
